The SCRO experience pathway, explained by examiners
We sit on the panels. Here's what makes a strong evidence portfolio — and the five mistakes we see most often.

The experience pathway exists for one reason: many of the most capable resilience leaders in APAC built their craft in the field, not in classrooms. The portfolio is your chance to evidence that depth.
What a strong portfolio looks like: explicit accountability statements, evidence of board-level engagement, two or three deep case studies (not a laundry list), and referees who can corroborate scope and outcomes.
Common mistakes: leading with role titles instead of outcomes; over-relying on policy artefacts; underplaying incidents; referees who can only speak to character; and treating the panel as a viva when it's a board-style conversation.
