By using this site, submitting an application, sitting an examination, or holding a PRI credential, you agree to these terms.

1. The institute
The Pacific Resilience Institute issues professional certifications in operational resilience. PRI is not a regulator and does not provide regulated financial, legal, or risk-management advice. Mentions of regulators (MAS, APRA, HKMA, RBI, JFSA) are informational; PRI is not endorsed by any regulator.
2. Credentials and examinations
PRI credentials are awarded based on the criteria published on the relevant programme page at the time of application. The institute reserves the right to update curricula and exam standards. Credential holders agree to abide by the PRI Code of Ethics and to complete recertification as published.
3. Fees and payment
All fees are quoted in the currency stated on the application page (USD unless noted). Final fees are confirmed by the registrar based on country of residence and verified member status. Payment is due before exam scheduling unless instalment terms are agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations and refunds

5. Conduct
Examination misconduct, falsification of credentials, or violation of the Code of Ethics may result in suspension or revocation of the credential and listing on the public register accordingly.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, exam items, frameworks and templates are the intellectual property of PRI. They are licensed to candidates and members for personal professional use and may not be redistributed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRI's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of certification services is limited to the fees paid by the candidate for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (including the Australian Consumer Law).
