A half-day, online workshop for small businesses, startups, and scale-ups across APAC — completely free of charge. Small businesses and startups are the heart of local economies and communities. They carry the same fragilities as large firms — one key supplier, one key person, one critical system — but without a resilience team or budget to match. PRI runs these sessions as a public good so owner-operators, founders, and ops leads leave with a practical risk register, a recovery playbook, and a 30-day action plan they can put to work on Monday. All sessions currently run live over Zoom in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
