Free resilience workshops
for small businesses.
A full-day online workshop for small businesses, startups, and scale-ups across APAC — completely free of charge. Small businesses and startups are the heart of local economies and communities. They carry the same fragilities as large firms — one key supplier, one key person, one critical system — but without a resilience team or budget to match. PRI runs these sessions as a public good so owner-operators, founders, and ops leads leave with a practical risk register, a recovery playbook, and a 30-day action plan they can put to work on Monday. All sessions currently run live over Zoom in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
A programme prepares you. A credential recognises you.
This programme provides structured preparation in operational resilience and awards a Certificate of Completion. It develops the capability required for operational resilience roles and prepares candidates for PRI assessment.
PRI professional credentials (ARO, CRO, SCRO) are awarded separately, through assessment, evidence and review. Completion of this programme does not guarantee certification.
