Exam resits

Unified resit fee across all programmes: 40% of the original Course + Exam fee at the tier you originally enrolled at. A maximum of two resits is permitted within 12 months of the first attempt.

SCRO portfolio review

A non-refundable assessment fee of $750 is retained from the SCRO application fee if the portfolio is withdrawn after submission. If the portfolio is referred (not awarded), one resubmission within 12 months is permitted at no further cost.

Membership

Annual membership fees and recertification fees are non-refundable once the period has begun.

Statutory rights

PRI operates from Australia and is bound by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Currency

All fees are quoted and billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by Pacific Resilience Institute, Australia. Card networks or banks may apply currency-conversion charges; PRI does not control or rebate these.

Indicative pricing

Prices, tier bands and recertification fees shown on this site are indicative and confirmed in writing by the registrar at the point of enrolment.

How to request a refund

Email registrar@pacificresilience.org with your application reference. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
